Count Porkula BBQ, established in 2008 by two eager fellas with a vision to serve the best BBQ in Little Rock, Arkansas! What started as a hobby quickly turned into a passion, and now we are bringing our custom eatery to everyone.
Catering is what we do, and we can work with you to custom-build a menu for events of all sizes. We have spent over a decade perfecting our slow smoking process and our deliciously sweet and spicy dry rub. We primarily smoke with pecan or cherry wood to add the perfect smoke flavor to every bite. All our meat is prepared with our homemade rub full of flavor and has a nice kick. We serve everything buffet style and are glad to slice and pull on-site at your request for the ultimate freshness & BBQ experience.
